Razer Synapse shows unsupported device for kraken v3 pro and Barracuda pro... please give updates

Can you please fix this  by giving update to 2.21version of synapse

OS - Windows 8.1 Pro

i will be grateful to you if you can make me happy by giving updates

i do not like windows 10 and windows 11…. Windows 8.1/7 were the best

I love it because they are so lightweight and works much faster than Win 10 or 11. The Processes count will speak for itself… so im kindly asking you to justify my purchase of Kraken v3 pro and Barracuda Pro...i already have thresher 7.1 working but i got another one extra just to enjoy windows 8.1 for next 5 or 7 years…

 

i could use VM if important softwares like brave browser no longer works but for headset, i need something native in my host/primary operating system… so please give headset some love and provide updates to these older versions of synapses…. the ui of these older version of synapses are more beautiful than synapse 3 aswell…  

atleast make the headset to be intelligent in a way where i could update firmwares using android and also increase the sound normalization, voice clarity, bass boost, stereo enhancement to 100% using android and headset will remember/save these changes inside firmware/chipset and reflect those updates while being used with win 8.1(but i think its much better if you could provide updates…. its not like you release 20 new headset models every year...your flagship models are limited to 2 or 3 per year so please do the needful and make the consumer happy)… thank you

Got 1 More Thresher 7.1

And Thank You for allowing me to update Firmware using Win 8.1

 

I have Noticed While I Connect Barracuda Pro in Bluetooth Mode to My Samsung NU8000, The Sound is Good But while connected in Same Bluetooth mode and used Win 8.1 and Razer Surround Pro, Sound is More Awesome, I Really wish You will Give Razer Surround and Older Version of Synapse which has an Awesome UI a Special Pass and Send Updates, I know it’s time consuming but that would be Great if you could Support it..

 

I am waiting For Thresher V2 Dolby 7.1, Hypersense and Bluetooth Support… I tried Thresher V1 on console which you advertised but the Sound output is Average… It’s Awesome ONLY on PC…. Kraken V3 Pro needs Firmware update on Win 8.1 as Firmware updater is Not working on Win 8.1 

After Thresher, I Like Barracuda Pro, It’s the first Razer Headset where Ear Cushion feels Premium and Delivers the Feeling it will Last Longer… Thresher also Good but as years Passes by, it has Ear cushions starting to tear…

This is how i see it, While i use Win 8.1 and Win 11 on a VM, Win 11 Seems to be Just an Intermediary between Razer Synapse and Razer Barracuda Pro/Kraken V3 Pro where the Firmware Receives the Setting Changes Instructions  From Synapse 3 and Stores inside the Firmware So Even if the OS is not being actively used(Win 11) and the Synapse 3 is absent, The changes Still Stays on headset and Everything works as Expected on other devices and OSes(Turned off Lights in Kraken V3 pro using VM and Turned off VM aswell and the Headset Lights Continues to Remain OFF) But this is not the case for Equalizer, For the EQ Effects to take Effect, It Seems like Synapse Must be Running as Headset Firmware Has not Reached a Smart State to Store EQ Settings and use it Everywhere(For Example, Razer Barracuda Pro with EQ Settings Changed Sounds Great on Windows 8.1 and in Bluetooth Mode, But if i use Razer Barracuda Pro on Samsung NU8000 using the Same Bluetooth Mode, the Sound is Still Good But Not as Powerful as when i use the Razer Barracuda Pro on Win 8.1 and Razer Synapse being actively Running)

 

So 2 Problems which Razer Needs to Fix via Firmware update

 

  1. If the Headset Notices i have used a Custom EQ Settings for 30+ Seconds Continously, Store those Changes inside the Firmware and Reflect those Changes in other devices aswell(Allowing me to Experience the Same Custom EQ Experience on Samsung TV Even if Win 8.1 is Turned off and in the absence of Razer Synapse actively Running)
  2. I am Alright with using Razer Synapse 3 on VM and having to Run VM Most of the time if Synapse must be Running to Enjoy the Effects, But the EQ Changes Simply dont work while being used on VM, Can you please fix this issue ? Also it Seems like 13+ Process Running on Win 11 whereas only 1 Razer Service Runs on Win 8.1 and older version of Synapse, It will be ONLY HARD for you if i were to ask make a Separate Audio Software instead of attempting to Control ALL devices of Razer in one Software which triggers a Lot of Services/Processes...But What i ask is Just update the Razer Surround and older version of Synapse without Changing UI So that whenever a New Headset is Released, Support for it will be added, of course if People want to make use of Setting like Power Saving, RGB Light Control, they May forced to be Require using New version of Synapse , However if People Just need EQ Control, Voice Clarity, Bass, Normalizations, Stereo Enhancement, Volume Level...etc they can Simply Just use Standard Lightweight Synapse/Surround Pro as Shown in above images on Brave Community.

Also Make the Headset Firmware to Save the Bass, Voice Clarity, Normalization, Stereo Enhancement, Volume Level Settings.

 

Also , waiting for your Next Dolby 7.1 Headset with Hypersense, ANC and Bluetooth Support.
