Razer Tartarus Chroma software wont open

Hi, i have been using this item for years now and its always been fine. Today however i tried to use it and my key bindings were wrong, I tried to open the software to check but it will not open. If i open Razer Synapse it tells me to connect an enabled device. I have repaired reinstalled rebooted tried version 3 synapse which recognises my device and tells me i need V2 deleted everything and reinstalled but still no joy, it is "working" as it has lights and the buttons do have functions, just not the ones i have set up. im running windows 11 and have been for sometime im playing world of warcraft the device is connected direct to usb not a hub the device shows in device manager and the driver is up to date it was working yesterday (21/10/22) any advice would be great please as i do rely on it to play thanks in advance
