Razer Tartarus Pro Profile Switching Button Not Working

Hi, I'm having issues with my Razer Tartarus Pro Keypad, and I ran into an issue where input from the device is not being detected, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. It resolved the problem but now I have a problem where I can't change the keybind of the button in Synapse 3. The keybind seems to be locked to the ALT key. Anyone know how to fix this?

Okay, I figured out how to fix it and realized that I did not completely uninstall the drivers. When you do, you need to uninstall the device by oem in the device manager to delete all corresponding drivers (mouse, keyboard, and controller drivers). After you do that, Synapse 3 should not be able to detect your device anymore. The next thing I did is uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse to reinstall my drivers, then everything works again. -- RESOLVED --
