Razer Tartarus v2

So, the thing is my keypad has stopped working properly. At first the keys 01 and 11 were the ones to show this failure, afterward the 16 and now the whole keypad. For some reason when I swap to another keymap, the key 08 that is set to act as "W" on this keymap is replaced to be used as Space Bar, and works. On other keymaps the whole keypad seems dysfunctional and seems to do not operate properly. What could be the issue? I'm very confused cause the space bar on this mentioned keymap responds when pressed while other keymaps wont work. The side buttons seems to still working properly. Also tested the keypad on a secondary computer, as soon as I installed Synapse the device became completely useless while the issues with 01, 11 and 16 were still there.
