I have a problem with the Razer Turret (first model).
The mouse that I load on the dock has not worked for some time now.
It seems not to charge, there is a flashing red and green light (usually it is red until the charge is finished).
Furthermore, the mouse, which is always 34% charged, does not grow and does not work with the PC.
I've tried all of Razer's suggestions, from cleaning to updates, to try it on other PCs, but it doesn't work.
I can't find solutions online.
Can help me?
P.S. The keyboard works perfectly both in use and in charge.
