Razer Turret Mouse problem with left click.

Hey there! I have the Razer Turret keyboard and mouse for Xbox Series X. While playing Call of Duty: MWII, I try to click as fast as possible, but the gun seems to have only one fire mode. Slow. No matter how fast I click, the weapon fires at the same speed. Is this a mouse issue? Or a compatibility issue with Series X? I'm using the USB Dongle and have tried plugging it in directly to the Xbox itself with no resolution to the problem.. Thanks for any help!
