Razer USB-C 130W GaN Charger and 2019 Razer Blade Stealth laptop

I have a Razer USB-C 130W GaN charger, which is working great to charge many of my USB-C devices, including my macbook and my steam deck.

I also have a 2019 Razer Blade Stealth laptop, which charges just fine via my USB-C macbook charger and USB-C steam deck charger.

However, for some reason the Razer USB-C 130W GaN charger will not work at all to charge my 2019 Razer Blade Stealth laptop, even after receiving a replacement RMA unit.

The charger notes in the tech specs that it is compatible with Razer Blade laptops, and I don't understand how the charger will charge other USB-C devices, how the laptop charges just fine with other USB-C chargers, but this Razer charger can't charge my Razer laptop.

What could be going wrong? Is this charger actually not compatible with this laptop?
