Hello there ,
i’ve been using the mouse over a year now and it just stopped working on wireless mode and Im always using it in wire mode , i’ve bought two new dongles and still not working , also while trying to update it it won’t update and it says “ make sure Razer synapse is turned off , also when i removed synapse it says the same thing .
can anyone please help and provide some solution ? searched in all the internet didn’t find anything useful
