Razer Viper 8k profile switching without Synapse running.
I was wanting to purchase this mouse but cannot get any answers its capabilities. I seen that it can't switch profiles without synapse running which would almost negate having multiple onboard profile memory. Also seen that the dpi switch on the bottom can't be reconfigured but the amazon store page and other sources suggests it can.
I try to find confirmation on this but its impossible. Why is macro assignment, onboard memory capabilities, and key assignment information not standard?
+1All buttons can be reconfigured, even DPI button.
It has 5 onboard memory profiles, so you can store DPI / Hz settings, keybinds (but not all, non standard keybinds still require Synapse) and macros.
FiszPLThank you for your reply. I am not sure what you mean by non standard keybinds and the way this reads it is suggesting macros CAN be saved onboard profile without synapse. Specifically I want the DPI switch at bottom to be remapped to profile cycle and to be able to cycle without Synapse running. Also would want my macros to run without Synapse.
