Hello, I just bought a new pc and when i plugged my mouse in, it works but it’s not recognize in the razer synapse app. I tried reinstalling it but nothing changed. It works on my old pc. The windows settings app detect the razer viper mini but dont find the driver (Screenshot in french sry)

Even if the mouse is not recognized through Synapse, are you still able to move the cursor with it? To isolate the issue, please try to perform the troubleshooting here. If the steps didn’t work, PM me your device serial number so I can provide other workarounds. All the best!
