Razer Viper Mini issues

I've bought a razer viper mini from from Mediamarkt in German since 10/2022 and since few days ago my mouse was broken, i can still click all the button and scroll but i can't drag it, mouse pointer is still at the corner of the screen. I'v tried to update windows and driver, then i reset my laptop but it didn't work
