My razer viper mini stopped working on my laptop. I have lenovo ideapad Gaming 3 Windows 11 home .But it works fine on type C port on the same laptop. Also external HDD elements and thumb driver works fine on USB 3 .
The mouse only shows red light on the sensor when connected to USB. And i tried it on other computers USB and no proplem works fine.
Solutions i tried:.
Uninstalling usb root hub driver .
Uninstalling and reinstalling synapse.
Reset BIOS settings to default.
What can I do ?
