Hi,
I bought the Mouse Razer V2 pro and it doesn't work neither on my computer neither on my PS5 in wireless mode.
I connected the Dongle and the USB-A to USB-C speedflex cable to the computer, and to PS5, and both doesn't have any reaction to the connection.
I also tried to pair by cliking the side buttons and the Power / DPI cycle button for 3 seconds. It didn't work.
How can I use the Mouse in mode wireless on my PS5 and on my computer?

I did those steps too. The computer does not recognize the USB, with and without the Dongle.
S/N : 632240H24301527
Is it possible the USB dongle adapter can be defect?
