Hi! so i’ve started to have an issue with my mouse charging, when it’s on the mouse dock the RGB is breathing red as it’s low battery and indicating that it’s “charging” however after leaving it there for it bit it’s still red and when i turn it on to check the charge it’s still at 0%.
I was able to get it to charge to 15% but then after checking i put it back on the dock and the battery just went down, even though it wasn’t powered on for long. I have even tried using the USB cable to charge it directly but it only charges for around a minute and then on Synapse it says it is not charging, this would happen at 5%.
I have updated to the latest firmware and still having issues, does anyone have a resolution?
