This just started happening recently. My Razer Viper Ultimate V2 is having an issue where the dongle is not being recognized by my computer. I’ve tried in multiple USB ports and reset my mouse but nothing seems to work. This has happened multiple times already and usually it fixes itself within the hour. This has been nearly 24 hours. Is there any thing that can be done about this? I really like this mouse and I’ve bought three different versions of the Viper Ultimate because I prefer this mouse over other mices but it always seems to cause me issues.
