Razer viper ultimate wireless scroll wheel issue

Greetings, got this mice today and everything is amazing except the scroll wheel. When I scroll down or click on it it's ok, but when I scroll up it's very loud and requires much more pressure, hard to explain but it is not a fluid experience at all. Is that normal? compare to my old mouse this feels very bad
