Hello everyone,
I have a Dell gaming PC with Windows 11.
I use the Razer Navi headset.
I was playing Marauders when the headphone audio shut off. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the USB dongle, upgrading Windows 11, downloading and installing the Razer software from the website. It doesn't really seem to work.
Using an AUX cable will work.
Is there anything I can do to get the wireless headphone function to work?

Does the issue happen while connecting the headset to another computer or with the previous version Windows OS version? Please download the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove all Razer-related files from your computer. Once done, please restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
