I have a razor Wolverine. It won't activate microphone chat volume on Xbox x. Is there a solution? Or is there any controller that will that anybody's tested?

Which Razer Wolverine Model? Ensure the headset is plugged into your controller’s 3.5mm analog port. Try restarting your gaming console or test the Razer Wolverine on another port gaming console. Otherwise, please send me a PM so I can kick-start an investigation.
It's the razor Wolverine Unlimited. Rz06-0225 I've tried everything. I reset my console. I updated the controller. I narrowed it down to the controller. I can plug my headset into my Xbox x controller and works fine. I plug it into the razor controller it Grays out the volume controls for chat.
can send me the firmware for rz06-0225. in doesnt recognize or if recoqnize rt lt dont function just a b x y
please help me
