Title says it, I've had this controller for about 2 months now and it just started happening. I'm unable to submit a ticket I'm not sure why it keeps looping me back so I'm trying to get support here. I've seen others with the same problem and they've all been given a replacement. If there's anything I can do myself I would prefer that because I really don't want to go without my controller for a long time.
