Razerblack shark v2 pro sidetone volume low

I recently bought the blackshark v2 pro. The headset sounds great. However the sidetone volume is so low that its not really usable. The sidetone is working I can hear it more or less fine until I start playing a game or doing anything else that plays sound. I can still hear myself but barely. This makes the sidetone feature useless. I have a pair of Logitech pro Xs and the sidetone works loud and clear. As a side note. I am on pc and I have the Synapse software I also have the sidetone maxed out and its still too low. Is there any plans to fix this issue? Or is there another razer headset that has higher volume for the sidetone? If this cant be fixed I will be returning the headset. Any help would be great.
