hi i have the razerblade 15 (2018) model i purchased it used. the battery is connected but will only power on when plugged in with the charger and the battery percent stays at zero. I've tried deleting the drivers and letting it charge for 8 hours and that did nothing. I've opened the laptop to check if the battery is connected properly and it is. I am not sure how to diagnose what the problem is .
