Not actually funny.

Failed battery, fine. Expected it after frequenting this forum, but otherwise love the laptop.

Bot pops up - 'let me help'! - sure, its just outside warrenty, but i'm sure they would wish to make amends for shoddy batteries and maybe keep a Razer customer.

Nope, after multiple emails going through the motions, im hit with the cost. Approximately 200% more expensive than other third-parties selling the same batteries (which have extremely good reviews).

Why would I pay 3 x the price for the same battery that already failed? 'Oh but it comes with 90 day warranty'.

Most third parties have at least 12-18 month warranty, and so much higher confidence in their goods.

Rant over - but to those who have yet to experience this fun, just buy from a third-party. Ignore the bot that will inevitabley pop up here offering help.
