Have new Barracuda X Headphones, and the wireless 2.4GHZ dongle works perfectly with the PS4, however with my 2 different PCs, one Windows 10, one Win 11, I get a message USB Device Not Recognised. This happens on both the front and back USB ports.  The Dongle obviously works as its fine on the PS4, but Windows doesn’t want to know it. I tested the cable adaptor on its own, all good, plug in the dongle and up comes the error message. 

Not sure what to try, just using the 3.5mm audio lead with the PC, that works fine. Could it be a faulty Wireless dongle?
