I bought a razor card from Amazon on September 3rd 2022. They have been trying to return my money because it did not go through to either email that it was sent to. They just gave me your information yesterday at 2:00 a.m. in the morning I have been dealing with this for over a month now because the first email it said it did not go through which was j h o p e o f [email]bts1994@gmail.com[/email]. said it could not go through so I tried to send it through my email which is h o n e y c u t t e [email]592@gmail.com[/email]. the gold gift card is for $100 I've been fighting with Amazon for over a month now. Wanting to know where the gift card is and my money I see that you have the order there. Please make a case for my gift card the order number in your system isI have had to try to get to this system for 2 hours not easy. I have spoken to somebody and they told me to go to this system took me 2 hours also Amazon tried to contact you guys last night. So they are aware of the problem and they also have seen my order. Can you please take care of this immediately for me. I am taking a picture of the letter that I am sending you. The person that I originally sent this card to never got it. And when I try to resend it to myself it never went through. Please help. Either send me my money back. Or a new razor card to my email. Amazon is waiting 48 hours for your response.
