Razor gold refund please

I loaded $5 for Bigo live on my Razor Gold account. The transaction was successful but the pin doesn't work when I try it in Bigo Live. I asked for help from you but the response was I needed to talk to Bigo admin. They were unable to resolve the issue. Please refund me the amount so I can use it elsewhere. Thank you 🙏

Hi there, yes I submitted 3 support tickets but the final one told me I cannot get a refund. This is very frustrating. I'll PM you thank you 🙏

Oh my two razor gold gift cards or bags so I can't use them I need to be credited the amount I spent on and the amount is $110
