Hi can anyone help me reset my camera ? i can't stream properly anymore as it has gone too dark & all setting i have hit reset & still the same thing.

    Have you tried updating its firmware yet? You can follow the steps here. Proceed with performing a clean installation if the Synapse app didn't help by following this guide.
