Razor Kiyo Pro is not detected by Dell Docking station or Dell Latitude 7420 | Razer Insider

I have my Razor Kiyo Pro connected via USB to a Dell Dockingstation that is connected to a Dell Latitude 7420.

The camera is connected vis USB to the Docking station, and only very rarely recognised by Windows 10. When plugged into the PC, it is better, but still very often not recognised. I Have to plug /unplug multiple times to solve this issue.

Any ideas? Firmware of camera is of course up-to-date. Razor software is not installed due to corporate policy.

Same here, the camera is disconnecting every 5 minutes, complete pos, no support available.

@Razor support: I just tested your camera with another Dell laptop (Inspiron 7415, Win 11) of my daughter, and the camera was not detected at all and not listed under device manager. I plugged it in directly using your cable that came with the camera.

Can someone of you look into this issue please?  The camera was quite expensive and there might be an issue witht the USB implementation.

I have the same problem of Razer disconnection issues with Dell Docking station . However on raising this issue to Razer support , it was rejected as an issue with the docking station as it worked with my other laptop when conencting directly

@kanagandram : Yes, the same in my case. Probably an issue that Dell has to look into more deeply.

Same here do you have any work around? or any contact at Dell to surface the issue?

I used the following workaround: I connect the camera directly to my pc via USB. But I did not check with the docking station in the last month.
