Hi, i have been trying to update my monitor for a while now, synapse detects it being connected with it as i can also control the lights, but it just wont let me start the update, the button is greyed out. i have tried 2 ports on the pc 1 on the motherboard and another on the front with no joy, i have also tried updating from a laptop with USB-C
Am i doing something wrong? i am getting weird font ghosting and want to try update the monitor to see if that will fix it!
