Received only one item instead of two

I ordered two items but just received one and both are in the same order and they have the same tracking ID from FedEx. The items are:
  • Razer Blade 15 - UHD 144Hz - GeForce RTX 3080 Ti - Black
  • Razer Basilisk Ultimate with Charging Dock
But just received the Mouse Razer Basilisk. I'm not sure where to ask or request for help. Thank you in advance
