Recover factory windows licence

Hello,

I recently upgrade my razer blade 17 from Windows 10 to 11, but after one month my licence is gone and Windows is now desactivate ...

I contact the Microsoft support, but they ask me to find the original licence number from razer factory.

How can i do that ?

Licence key is embedded into UEFI BIOS. After installing OS (or upgrading it), once you’ll have internet connection - it should automatically activate.

Thanks for your answer, you give me the way to look at and find a solution 😀

In finaly i do the following things to resolve my problem :

  • Run Windows PowerShell in administrator mode.
  • Execut the following command to find the original licence in BIOS :
    • (Get-WmiObject -query ‘select * from SoftwareLicensingService’).OA3xOriginalProductKey
  • Copy the licence.
  • Using setting in explorator > System > Activation > Write it, and validate.
  • Now your pc is re-activate with your factory licence.

Another way to resolve this problem, is to not install the shitty and fully bug Windows 11🤐
