REGISTER new PC and WARRANTY to gift recipient

I plan to purchase a RAZER BLADE 14 (2022) and add-on warranty to give as a gift.  How do I register the PC and WARRANTY to the gift recipient? I read that RAZER auto registers warranty upon purchase, but do not want it registered to me. Thanks!
