Request new activation code for 7.1 surround sound

I have a razer kraken pro v2 that I've had for the last 2 years, and now I want to activate the 7.1 surround sound. Problem is, I no longer have the original box nor code. Have already registered the product in my razer account, but didn't received the code in e-mal, just a confirmation of the product register.

same issue here, but I ordered my Nari Essential used and literally CAN'T verify it because someone else has used it.
