Reset my windows and now i cant activate my 7.1 surround

Hi Guys, i Reset my windows, and now i cant, activate the 7.1 again, i tried with the code which came with the box, and tried to get a new one at the site of razer… but when i put the serial number, they dont send me the new code on email, please help mee

Hey,

If you’ve previously registered your code with RazerID account, then you just login to the 7.1 app with your RazerID account, there’s no need (and possibility) to activate it 2nd time.

    The first time i only put the code directly to the THX SPATIO AUDIO, and now they are asking the code again
