hey，first i really thanks your respone，but it not fix my problme，and not make me better！

i am a chinese，i can not open the link“reditt..”，in china，open it need VPN.i can not find a free one，and if you pay for it，it is not cheap.

but i do not want make your more question.so i spend some time read the  razer insider，the link is about like “we need time，please customers wait” right？ what can i do？ just wait？

i check my account，find i payed for rrsident evil at 3.29. Then it is always pending！！！  later i fill in the form（about residen evil7&8 new key）one time a day，lasting three days！！！ 

and at 4.04，i receieved the refund，but why i receieve this not a CDKey？？！！ my friend also a chinese ，he receieved a new key？what is wrong with me？

i just want a new key not the refound.i spend a little time on this，but it not deserve！

i dont know if you have the power to do it. i just want the letter the razer insider can really solve my problem
