I'm trying to return my order. This isn't the first time that I've encountered the error, in which the "start my return" page doesn't recognize my order number and email combination. Only then, there was a chat feature to still get customer support. Now, you are stuck in an impossible loop, where the chat link is disabled, there JS objects don't connect to the chat feature either, and the telephone number goes to technical support where the answering machine tells you to contact the same means you've already tried but don't work.

I am in the same situation. By email I get answers by the system. Did you solve the problem? I guess this is my first and last purchase
