RGB is not working on some computer.

I have Razer Deathstalker v2 PRO TKL usually use on PC.

 

Last week RGB is not working when synapse running. But when I connect keyboard to laptop RGB work fine.

Has anyone meets same problem. Please tell me how to fix it.
