Yesterday I received my hammerhed true wireless X, in their first uses they work correctly, but today the right bud stopped turning on or sometimes turns on for a few minutes to turn off suddenly, I saw in other posts that it could be fixed by updating the firmware but in the application there is no option to update it, what can I do? Or do I directly ask for a refund?
