Right Earbud battery does not charge more than 8%

Hi, I got my razer hammerhead true wireless pro today. I charged the earbuds for good 8-10 hours after unboxing it. The right earbud did not charge more than 8%. Subsequently, i charged just the right one for more than 16 hours now but it dies in just half hour, even after the firmware update, please help :( I have raised a ticket for support. Thanks
