I can’t get pass 1,000Hz Polling Rate and I can’t find any firmware update for this Mice as well. Any Solutions? Maybe an update for this mice is still too early? I’ll cross my fingers and hope I didn’t buy the wrong mouse Lmfao. (Never mind the earlier comment about not being able to set DPI by increments of 1 when I hit enter it set the number by 50’s or 00’s so i have to avoid doing that...)
Actually when i try to change my DPI to 775 it doesn’t apply and it forces you to use 800 dpi...so...trying to change DPI by increments of 1 is not working...
Just found out Synapse 4 has the DPI issue where I can’t change DPI by increments of 1 by pressing enter after entering a set number. Synapse 3 does not have this issue but the only problem left is both Synapse 4 & 3 does not have Polling Rate above a 1,000Hz.
