Hi, I updated my Razor Kiyo Pro RZ19-0364 to latest firmware 1.5.0.1 and the video is grainy especially when pointed towards people or on surfaces that have light. I have tried to reinstall the firmware but no luck - do not know how to revert back to earlier version.
