I lost the box that with the activation code that i purchased 8 months ago. Im trying to get a new activation code. When i enter the product code - Im being told that the V2 pro isnt compatible with 7.1 surround eventhough ive already verified that it was. any ideas or workarounds? thank you in advance

    I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I DIDN'T FIND ANY ACTIVATION CODE IN THE BOX.
