about 4 times per day my screen will freeze and this will show. If anybody has had this issue and knows the reason, please do share!

+1I’d try installing the newest available graphic drivers. But before installing them you can use DDU software (Display Driver Uninstaller): https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html to clean OS from older drivers.
Also you can run cmd as administrator, and type sfc /scannow to scan your OS files for any corruption (if there will be some, it’ll automatically fix them).
