SHOULD I PAY A SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURNING THE ITEM FROM RAZER FOR REPLACEMENT?

Hi can anyone tell me if should i pay the shipping fees for returning the damage item of Razer Headphone? Im From Philippines and it charges me (Php 1,398.00) should i pay for that or ask Razer if i need to pay that? My Headphone is Razer BlackShark V2 and no sign of sounds on the right ear.
