since I update my windows 11 i am having problems with the resolution of the screen

hello everyone, I really need your help ASAP, since i update to windows 11 my notebook start to have a lot of problems, i cant change my resolution its is block on 4k, also I cant change my brightness screen and also its having like jumps of fps even when i am in the browser or searching somthing on google, I try everything but nothing works, please someone help me with this one!! thanks for your time
