I have the Razer Opus which is not cheap. Now one earcap is damaged so the filling is coming out.

I am looking for spare parts because most of the time an expensive headphone have them. 

Because the warrenty have expired i left alone by Razer. 

Years ago i was fan of Steelseries but the keycaps were bad and no support.

So I bought everything from Razer. Keyboards with one where the audiobuton is lame. No support.

Mousepad with RGB that become curly. No support.

Webcam and Microphone no problems so far etc. 

Now the Razer Opus and again no support.

I spend a lot of money but now i am thinking have i done the right thing leaving Steelseries.

I am very disappointed because i live in Europe i can forget the support.

I just want to buy new caps for my expensive Razer Opus.
