So purchased a Blade 18 using PayPal Credit ($4k).  Returned it two days (well within 14 day policy) as I determined I prefer my Blade 17 for now.  Sent it back via FedEx and both FedEx and Razer confirmed the laptop arrived at their processing facility on February 17th.  But after nearly a month I have not been told my return is even processing.  I can no longer even access live chat for customer support only send messages that take three days or longer to respond.  All the support response tells me is my case is being elevated to higher management.  Please, is there a phone number I can reach out to at this point?  Anything!

Same thing’s happening to me with my Blade 17, returned it within the 14 day timeframe but it’s been stuck on “received at facility”. I wanted to get the Blade 15, but until I get that refund I’m out of a laptop.
