Strider Chroma not lighting up other colors besides blue.

Hello, my Strider chroma mouse mat only lights up blue except for a small corner off to the right side. I'm not sure if I have a defective one and need to send it back in to replace it or if there is a reset I can do. If someone can please help me with this issue, it would be much appreciated.

    Hi, did you figure out the problem? I think I'm having the same issue as you did and found this thread in the middle of trying every solution I can think of, but isn't having any progress.

    Unfortunately I have not yet. I am currently in the process of getting it replaced through Razer. I believe it may be defective and the only option is to replace it. Thanks.
