{Support} - BlackWidow Key Not Working

Good day.  So this is my 2nd BlackWidow I’ve purchased in the last 5yrs from BestBuy >.< .  Yesterday when I was typing in the forums, I noticed the “,” key was not working.  Thinking some gunk got in there, I cleaned the whole keyboard and keys.  Put it all back together and still not working.  The key goes down smoothly and I even used 99% alcohol around the outside of the key as well.  I’d hate to spend more $$$ on another Razer keyboard so hopefully someone has some advice on how to fix it.  I also noticed that these keys are soldered in the keyboard so you cant take them out and replace them?  Tks in advance…
