Support Number/Naga Trinity

Hey! I called the support number and interacted correctly with a pleasant automated system that put me on hold (No hold music btw). I have been on hold, waiting for help on my mouse, for 24 minutes and haven't heard anything at all in any form for 20 minutes... and I'm starting to wonder if I am actually waiting or if I'm in limbo.
Anyway, I have a Razer Naga Trinity that seems to (decently consistently, about 70% of the time) register 2/3 clicks. This missing click is critical... I hear the click noise, I am experiencing no change in the actual sound or texture of the click when it doesn't input. I do not know how to fix this. I also have been experiencing an issue where the scroll wheel moves into a position where it doesn't really move at all. I can try to scroll it and it doesn't scroll at all. I have had it for over two years and for at least 11 of those months, I've been not using the mouse because of this issue.
I've always experienced great quality from Razer... heck, I even wear a Razer dogtag everywhere around my neck, but this is debilitating and annoying. Any thoughts would be great.

As a note to the solutions for the scroll wheel: I have tried blowing it out with a compressed straw and that fixed it the first few times but no longer works... I believe the wheel is actually moving in a way where it will not scroll.

Edit:
Here is the help email request I submitted last March. I have a Razer Naga Trinity that was purchased from Amazon in November 2020. For the past few months, the scroll wheel would randomly stick and refuse to scroll. Blowing it out with a straw would fix the problem temporarily. Now, suddenly and inexplicably, in the past hour, every ~3rd click will not register unless I apply abnormal pressure to the click. I have always been more than satisfied with Razer products and so this is a disturbing series of events. I would like either a suggestion on how to fix it or a fulfillment of possibly existing warranty. The serial number is (*Omitted for your security). Thanks bunches.
I did receive an email response but I didn't follow up on it because life came up and I didn't have the time and I've just been putting it off since, but I have an opportunity and the time to investigate the cause and possible solutions so I am re-exploring the issue.
~End edit

Thanks,
Scar

Using a can of compressed air can help clean the inner side of the mouse. However, if the issue is continuous after the process, then the mouse has a hardware issue. You can try connecting the mouse to another USB port or computer or disable/close Synapse 3.0 and see if the behavior persists.

Thanks for the reply! I, at the recommendations of almighty YouTube, took a straw and slid it into the crack and blew it out, saw temporary results, but it no longer has any effect and the results were temporary anyway... plus even if I fix that, the click is still broken. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 3.0, tried different ports... I've even gotten a new *computer* since I first experienced the issues and it still persists. What support is there for Razer hardware issues and how do I claim any existing warranty (Or how do I check for warranty?)

I see. And yes, if the device is still within its warranty period, you can request a replacement. A Razer mic has a two-year warranty. Also, If you are residing inside Razer's shipping network and bought the device from an authorized reseller (aside from Razer.com), I can help you initiate a warranty claim. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM, and I'd be glad to assist. I'll be locking this thread now.
