[Support] Peripherals Not Displaying/"Driver Error" issue?

None of my Razer peripherals (Blackwidow v3, Viper Ultimate, Kraken Kitty) are displaying in my Synapse dashboard. Also, several of my peripheral devices are showing a "driver error" message in my device panel in PC settings. Any help/solves/tips would be greatly appreciated.
